One of the most important services we offer is our Preventative Maintenance Agreement. We agree to provide you with a complete Precision Tune-Up and professional cleaning either annually or semi-annually as described in our contract for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated. We provide this service Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. We will call ahead to schedule your appointment.

Advantage Heating & Air Conditioning will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service, but it is expressly agreed that Advantage Heating & Air Conditioning shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay or any loss arising out of the performance of this agreement.
