Preventative Maintenance Agreement

Precision Tune-Up Procedures Include:

Clean and adjust burner assembly
Monitor the flue draft
Clean or replace filters
Measure for correct air flow
Clean evaporator coil if accessible
Clean ignition assembly
Adjust operating pressures
Measure temperature difference
Tighten electrical connections
Clean condenser coil
Replace oil/filter nozzle as needed (extra)
Monitor starting capabilities
Clean and adjust blower components
Measure volts/amps on motors
Clean condensate drains
Check heat exchanger or elements
Test safety controls
Lubricate all moving parts
Adjust thermostat calibration

No repairs or improvements will be undertaken without your authority. Labor and materials for such repairs, if needed, will be discounted from our prevailing rates. The “P.M. Agreement” may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice.

Terms & Conditions

Repair parts are not covered by this agreement or manufacturer’s warranty will be charged at prevailing list price less a 15% preferential discount.
The hourly service repair rate for work performed not covered by this agreement will be charged at prevailing rates less a 15% preferential discount.
All repair parts and workmanship on work covered by this agreement shall be warranted for 1 year from the date of service.
Repair services requested shall be provided during normal work hours Monday thru Friday. Repair services requested other than normal working hours shall be overtime rates less the 15% preferential discount.

This agreement is transferable to either your new home (in the Columbus metropolitan area) or to the new owners of your home, in the event you sell your home.
This agreement goes into effect the day it is prepaid, unless otherwise noted.
